About the Role: We are currently recruiting a Peripatetic Coordinator in our peripatetic service. To enable service users to remain in their own homes by promoting independence and delivering a quality service. To ensure individuals are treat with dignity and respect and to work alongside other professionals and agencies in a person-centred way to deliver effective services by working within national guidelines and standards. Key Responsibilities: This full-time permanent position will lead a team to deliver a high quality care & Support to the most vunerable people of our district, meeting their needs, and promoting person centred care at every opportunity. The successful cancidate will support & lead a team of staff working in our Peripatetic Team promoting support and independent living for the residents in their own apartments on site. Essential requirements: GCSE Grades D-G/Functional Skills L1 in Maths & English Language Level 2 Qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent in relevant field Requirement to undertake relevant qualifications for the position, on completion of 6 month probationary period.
