As the demand for structural design expertise continues to grow my Client is seeking the skills of an additional Structural Engineer for their busy and highly professional Structures Team. This role is ideal for a Structural Engineer who is either already established as a Project Engineer and is seeking a level of project responsibility or can also be appointed at Senior Structural Engineer level for a more well-established Design Engineer with ample experience in project delivery as well as overall design and project management responsibilities. They boast an impressive range of Clients and have delivered on a wide range of projects in property and construction including those within the educational, healthcare, industrial, logistical, agricultural and commercial sectors. As a structural Engineer your role will be varied and will be adapted to suit your level of expertise. With a good technical mind and solid understanding of the principals of structural design you will be encouraged and expected to be involved in all stages of the design process from inception to completion. Your past experience will enable you to run with allocated projects, manage the input of allocated Structural Technicians to your projects, produce accurate structural calculations (ideally in steel, concrete, timber or masonry), attend site if required, liaise with Clients, Architects and Design Team members, and become part of a hard working and successful team of Engineers and Technicians.
