Your role
As an Assistant Greenkeeper/Landscape Gardener, you’ll support the day-to-day presentation of the course:
7. Maintain greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and rough to high standards
8. Set up the course for daily play including hole positions and markers
9. Operate machinery safely (mowers, tractors, blowers)
10. Assist with fertilising, topdressing, and course treatments
11. Support irrigation, drainage, and renovation projects
12. Carry out general landscaping and presentation duties
What we’re looking for
13. Passion for outdoor work and course presentation
14. Positive attitude, reliable, and strong team player
15. Ability to work in all weather conditions and varied terrain
16. Experience in turf care, landscaping, or horticulture (desirable)
17. NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf or equivalent (or working towards)
18. PA1, PA2, PA6 or similar qualifications (advantageous)
19. Experience with irrigation systems or heathland restoration (desirable)
20. Must be based locally to Woking with own transport
