Do you want to be part of a leading manufacturing business? We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor for a permanent, full-time position. In this role, you will lead a skilled team within a fast-paced environment, overseeing the entire fabrication process to ensure operations run efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for driving team performance, monitoring production output, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate a team of fabricators, welders, and apprentices to achieve daily production targets
2. Manage workflow and allocate labour effectively to meet production deadlines
3. Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications
4. Uphold welding quality standards and follow first-off procedures
5. Drive Health & Safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
6. Monitor and maintain production plans and accurate process documentation
7. Support continuous improvement using Lean tools (e.g. 5S)
