Working alongside support staff, you’ll help create a positive, inclusive learning environment where pupils feel supported, confident, and motivated.Key Responsibilities
* Planning and Teaching:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the primary National Curriculum
* Behaviour & Wellbeing:
Promote positive behaviour and support pupils’ social and emotional development.
* Learning Environment:
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaboration:
Work effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to support pupil progress.
* Safeguarding:
Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the wellbeing of all pupils at all times.
Requirements
* Previous experience teaching in KS1 (desirable).
* A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for working with children.
* Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
