Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to lead our transport operations at Milton Keynes. In this pivotal role, you will:
* Manage and support drivers to deliver excellent customer service and on-time, in-full performance.
* Ensure all drivers and vehicles comply with DVSA, MHRA, and GDP regulations.
* Champion a zero-accident culture, promoting health & safety across the site.
* Plan driver rotas and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee fleet maintenance and servicing schedules.
* Induct, train, and manage drivers, ensuring policies on attendance and holidays are followed.
* Monitor KPIs, drive improvements, and contribute to business strategy projects.
* Provide weekend emergency cover on a rota basis.

* PC literate with strong administration skills.
* Honest, open, and able to motivate staff effectively.
Desirable:
* Sound knowledge of transport operations and WTD.
* Experience within a logistics or wholesale environment.
