Position: Counterbalance FLT Operative

Salary: £13.50 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits

Adecco Romford & London East are looking for a dependable and proactive Yard Operative to join a friendly team in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role, supporting the day-to-day operations of the yard.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Yard Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your day will involve:
Outdoor working
Loading and unloading goods with care and efficiency.
organising and maintaining yard cleanliness and safety.
Assisting with inventory management and stock control.
Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Following health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment.What We're Looking For:
Valid forklift license (counterbalance) required & experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety
Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced setting
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
