What you’ll do
This permanent role is based in or near Epsom, Brixton, Streatham, Wandsworth, Putney, Brentford, Hounslow, Egham, Surbiton, Cobham, Tadworth, Leatherhead and Chertsey.
You will work 40 hours a week, across a shift pattern with operating hours between 7 am and 8 pm Monday to Sunday, with the option to work overtime.
You will be provided a Green Flag vehicle and will start your day from home.
Assist customers whose vehicles are out of fuel, need a tyre repair/ change, or a new battery. Diagnose problems and resolve them, ensuring the customer can continue their journey with confidence.
* Up to £40,000 base salary depending on experience; on‑target earnings 44–48 k plus a 9 % employer‑contributed pension and overtime.
What you’ll need
* A current Category B driving licence.
* NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance (preferred).
* Empathy and a desire to achieve the correct outcome.
* Experience in the motor repair industry.
* Experience of lone working (desirable).
* Knowledge of up‑to‑date vehicle repair techniques.
* Understanding of health & safety best practice.
* Collaboration with dispatch to improve the customer claims journey.
* Self‑initiative.
