They provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to individuals, families, and business owners throughout the country.
Their approach integrates all aspects of our clients’ financial lives, including investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, mortgage, protection, and legacy planning.
About the Role
You will provide holistic financial planning and wealth management advice, tailored to each client’s unique needs and life goals. You will deliver a cohesive and highly personalised service that prioritises clients’ long-term financial wellbeing.
I am seeking an established Wealth Financial Adviser to join the existing dynamic and values-driven team.
This is a key client-facing role for a professional who is both technically skilled and relationship-oriented.
The individual they are looking to appoint must have experience dealing with a wide variety of clients and have a personable approach.
Personal attributes are important; you should be self-motivated but also able to work as part of a wider team.
You will be comfortable meeting with clients face to face and online, liaising with providers and work colleagues, be technically advanced and have a real desire to deliver excellent client outcomes whilst also pursuing your own career objectives.

* Competitive base salary of £50,000
* Existing client bank with ongoing fee structure - OTE £100,000 + (No cap)

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver tailored advice on investments, pensions, IHT planning, protection, estate planning, and broader wealth strategies.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, building deep, long-term relationships.
* Conduct detailed fact-finding and cashflow modelling to understand clients’ current position and future goals.
* Collaborate with our client support team, product providers and other professionals to develop and implement financial plans.
* Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations and internal governance procedures.
* Actively contribute to firm-wide goals, including cross-referrals, knowledge sharing, and client service excellence.
* Engage in business development, client referrals, and professional networking as appropriate.
What will you need to succeed?
* 5 years + Proven experience advising clients in a regulated financial services environment.
* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)
* Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
* Demonstrated success working with complex financial planning cases across a variety of clients
* Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate planning.
* Excellent interpersonal, listening, and relationship management skills.
* Strong ethics and client-first mindset; comfortable working in a fee-based, consultative environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM, FE analytics, cashflow modelling software.
