Early Morning Artisan Bread Baker Required

Job Description: Join our small, dedicated team and work predominantly with slow proved doughs, including sourdough, focaccias, baguettes, and tin loaves.
Your role will involve:
* Baking breads in both deck and convection ovens
* Preparing and baking focaccias
* Bagging and slicing breads as per order sheets
* Keeping your area clean and organised
* Help out in other areas when required
We are looking for candidates who:
* Know how and understand how to score doughs, load ovens with a manual oven loader, and bake bread to our high standards
* Are enthusiastic, committed, and eager to learn
* Can carry out physical work
* Are reliable, methodical, organised, and team-oriented
* Can work on their own and use their initiative when required
Schedule:
* Tuesday to Thursday: 1am - 8am
* Friday and Saturday: 12am - 7am
Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a bakery, primarily baking bread
Job Type:
* Full-time
Pay:
* £24500 to £26,500 per year, depending on experience, plus pension (average of 36 hours including paid breaks)
