Asset Management role in Worthing, £393.48 per day PAYE - Reference: 5272229
* Complete remaining Stock Condition Survey work that is part finished.
* Develop and deliver planned minor and major capital programmes based on stock condition and other data sets.
* Manage significant block refurbishment projects at an early development stage.
* Deliver programmes through contractors under well-managed contracts and a small in-house survey team.
* Support improvements to property and services aligning with climate change and carbon reduction goals.
* Assist the transition to a new structure following regulatory changes and Local Government Review.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze asset and attribute data to inform capital programmes. Lead the creation and delivery of planned minor and major capital works programmes.
Specific Responsibilities
Work with the stock condition supplier to complete 100% surveys by year-end. Analyze data to produce 2-year capital works programmes. Ensure data accuracy post-delivery. Oversee major projects with partners Bailly Garner. Secure contracts for minor works like kitchens and bathrooms, and oversee their delivery.
Reporting
Provide regular reports on:
- Stock condition progress
- Performance metrics including Decent Homes and Consumer Standards
- Programme spend vs. budget
- Compliance with Health & Safety, CDM Regulations (2015), and Building Safety Act (2022)
- Customer Satisfaction
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
