Responsibilities
* give day‑to‑day support to your team to ensure consistent, outstanding service at the front of house
* serve food and drink, maintain accurate displays and signs, and ensure food looks good
* assist the kitchen team with food preparation when needed
* supervise induction and training of colleagues, building a dedicated service team
* maintain a positive "can‑do" attitude, handling complaints and situations calmly

Employment Details
Hours: 1,600 hours per year (working 5 days out of 7, with more hours in summer than winter, earliest start 8am, latest finish 6pm – no evenings). Weekend and bank holiday working required.
Salary: £21,200 (FTE £25,837.50). Salary paid in equal instalments over the term of the contract.
Duration: Permanent.
