Branch Manager – Kidderminster (DY11 7FF)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic + £3,000 + achievable commission
Hours: 40 per week – rotation: Monday‑Friday 07:55–19:15, Saturday 08:55–18:15, Sunday 09:55–16:15

What You’ll Be Doing
* Coach, lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets.
* Review performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues.
* Win new business, upsell and manage existing accounts.
* Ensure smooth branch operations, including cleanliness, store presentation, keyholder and alarm responsibilities.
* Oversee the letting of storage rooms and office space, merchandise sales, and follow up on customer enquiries.
* Process card and BACS payments, and support credit control.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer‑facing sales, retail or hospitality environment.
* Minimum 2 years of management experience.
* Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Flexible and available to work scheduled hours including weekends.
* Hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (preferred).
