Rate of pay: £28,000 per annum
Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate, creative Sous Chef to join our team at Robert Bosch Worcester. You will lead the kitchen, create menus with fresh ingredients, coach the team, and support financial management to meet business targets.
Responsibilities
1. Plan menus aligned with client and customer expectations.
2. Manage costs, including GP, selling price, and menu costs.
3. Oversee daily food preparation, minimize wastage, source locally where possible.
4. Conduct stock takes and coordinate stock ordering.
5. Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, safety standards, including COSHH and HACCP.
6. Develop and coach the kitchen team.
7. Seek and utilize customer feedback to improve food and service.
8. Maintain a professional and friendly image with clients and customers.
9. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
10. Contribute proactively to team efforts.
