Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse
Location: Portsmouth
Contract length: 6-12 months with opportunity to be extended
Days on site: On-site
Rate: £32.31 PAYE or £43.46 Umbrella
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Travel Health Support – Conducting travel risk assessments, providing travel health advice, and administering required travel vaccinations or prophylaxis.
* Provide sound OH screening advice within the boundaries of own knowledge to BAE Systems individuals, with onward referral to appropriate level/GP
* Deliver respiratory screening
* Audiometric screening
* Health assessment paper screening
* Hand Arm Vibration screening
* Vision screening
* First Aid at Work
* Drug and Alcohol screening
Skills & Qualifications:
* RN Level 1 on the Nursing Midwifery Council Register
* Health surveillance/fitness for work assessment training enabling competency in: Spirometry, Audiometry, HAVS assessment, Vision screening and Skin assessments.
* Exercise Tolerance Testing
* Drug and Alcohol Screening
