Salary: £34,931.68 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated Cred Supervisor to join our team at HMP Warren Hill, a CATEGORY C Adult Male prison.

HMP Warren Hill functions like a self-contained city, requiring hundreds of staff. As part of the Cred Maintenance Team, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth and safe operations, impacting prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community.
You will work alongside experienced colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a secure environment.

Requirements
* Understanding of prison systems or willingness to learn - Desirable
* Ability to use tools and equipment for small refurbishments - Essential
* Knowledge of health and safety principles - Essential
* Experience managing small refurbishment projects - Essential
* Experience supervising staff - Essential
* Trade or building qualification (e.g., carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrics) - Essential
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude - Desirable
* Experience managing stakeholder relationships - Desirable
