This is a standout opportunity for a litigation solicitor with a strong interest in Personal Injury work to join a highly regarded team handling complex, high-value and sensitive claims. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of litigated Personal Injury matters, including Serious Injury, Catastrophic Loss, EL/PL and Disease claims, within a collaborative and well-supported environment. The Role You will: Manage a varied caseload of litigated Personal Injury claims from instruction through to resolution. Handle Serious Injury, Large Loss and Complex Loss cases with strategic oversight. Conduct thorough investigations, including reviewing medical evidence, instructing experts and interviewing witnesses. Draft pleadings, schedules of loss, defenses, witness statements and settlement documentation. Provide clear, empathetic and commercially focused advice to clients and insurers. Develop case strategies to achieve timely and favorable outcomes. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations. Ensure compliance with procedural rules, court timetables and regulatory standards. Stay up to date with developments in Personal Injury and insurance litigation.
