Help Students Grow as a Behaviour Mentor – Harlow

We’re searching for Behaviour Mentors to join a welcoming school, where pupils are given the support they need to flourish.
£90–£110 per day | Harlow | Immediate start | Full-time
As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll:
* Work closely with students who need patience and encouragement
* Build strong, positive relationships that inspire trust
* Support teachers with behaviour plans and structured routines
* Create an environment where learning feels safe and achievable
What You’ll Bring:
* Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar support role (e.g. LSA, Youth Mentor, SEN Support)
* The ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
* A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
