Station Roadis looking to recruit a Housekeeper to join the team. This is a part time 20 hour role.
Station Road is a residential service set in Winchmore Hill in the London Borough of Enfield. The service supports 12 adults, including autistic people and individuals with a learning disability.
The home is located on a busy road, near the town centre. Our team are dedicated to promoting independence, so all the people we care for feel part of the wider community, and are supported to achieve their goals.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
Your responsibilities:
* Deliver and maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the home, in line with operational standards and ensures that work processes comply with statutory regulations.
* Ensure that Priory minimum standards are delivered in all home areas in a timely and efficient manner, as part of a team.
* Identify and report damage, faults and other related issues to the maintenance department or home manager to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations.

What you'll bring to the role

No experience is required for this role as basic training will be provided but you were have a good standard of English along with basic numeracy and literacy skills.
