The Position: Quality Engineer
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Quality Engineers to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a nationally significant megaproject, working in an agile environment alongside experienced Quality Leads to ensure a “right first-time” approach across all aspects of delivery.
Some of the main responsibilities of the Quality Engineer will include:
* Support Quality Leads in managing and delivering quality governance and assurance activities
* Assist in the creation, review, and improvement of quality procedures, processes, and documentation
* Participate in audits, self-assessments, and health checks to ensure compliance
* Identify non-conformances and contribute to corrective and preventive actions
* Ensure alignment with nuclear regulatory requirements, industry standards, and project specifications
* Support KPI monitoring, reporting, and quality performance tracking
* Contribute to quality risk management and mitigation activities
* Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and problem-solving initiatives
Preferred Profile:
Alongside a commitment to our values, we are looking for individuals who can bring the following essential skills and experience:
* Experience within engineering, construction, or manufacturing project environments
* HNC/HND or degree (BSc) in a technical or quality-related discipline
* Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 standards
* Experience in quality reporting, auditing, compliance, and process improvement
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented mindset

Many of our UK projects require high-level security clearance, meaning we can often only consider candidates with an existing, indefinite right to work in the UK.
