The role
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will support the Group’s financial strategies and policies by ensuring compliance with financial procedures and delivering customer-focused financial support. You will work closely with our commercial subsidiaries (Ecogee and M&Y) providing accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information to aid decision-making and maintain financial integrity.
Ecogee is an energy and construction specialist company providing green energy solutions across the North West to social housing providers and developers. It is a top provider of energy saving grants in the region and highly sought after by developers to assist with new build projects.
M&Y provides responsive repairs, planned works, renewables, facilities management and new build services to the group and clients across the North West.
The right fit
* You will be part of fully CCAB qualified (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIPFA) or studying for an accountancy qualification.
* You have significant experience within a financial reporting department, ideally within the housing or commercial/construction sectors.
* You’re able to build solid, lasting and productive relationships with key stakeholders.
* You have people management skills, including the ability to communication complex issues.
* Advanced ICT skills with Microsoft Office suite especially Excell and Word.
* Good working knowledge of relevant computer applications and financial systems.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve deadlines under pressure.
