Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Repairs Team Leaders in delivering an excellent:
o Vacant property repairs service
o Responsive repairs service
o Gas servicing, maintenance and compliance service
o Planned maintenance service
* Carry out a wide range of electrical repair and maintenance tasks within a multi‑skilled environment.
* Work flexibly across trades when required, supporting peaks and troughs in demand or skills availability.
* Complete all work to a high standard of quality, safety, and productivity.
* Ensure repairs are completed promptly and within agreed timescales.
* Introduce yourself to tenants professionally, present valid identification, explain the nature of the work, and wear overshoes when entering occupied properties.
* Liaise with other trades to ensure efficient coordination and smooth completion of works.
* Notify Repairs Team Leaders of any major variations, unexpected issues, or further works required.
* Adhere to all relevant health and safety legislation, codes of practice and internal procedures.
* Maintain accurate records, certificates, and job completion details using handheld devices or manual documentation.
* Represent the organisation professionally and uphold excellent customer service at all times.
