Job Description:
As a KS1 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons that meet the needs of KS1 students and align with the national curriculum
Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate
Differentiating instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of your students
Assessing student progress through various formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development
Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive educational community
Participating in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and contribute to the school community
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
Experience teaching KS1 students preferred, but newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment
