General Commercial Litigation
* Breach of contract
* Professional negligence
* Shareholder and partnership disputes
* Unfair prejudice claims
* Breach of directors' duties
* Intellectual property disputes
* Fraud and asset recovery
* Insurance coverage issues
* Tax disputes
* Regulatory investigations
* Defamation, libel, and slander
Property & Real Estate Litigation
* Commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals
* Covenant enforcement and related advice
* Rights of way, easements, and other adjoining landowner issues
* Housing development disputes
* Squatter eviction
* Adverse possession
* Boundary disputes
* Trespass and nuisance claims
You will gain exposure to a varied caseload and benefit from early responsibility, direct client contact, and involvement in high-quality work typically associated with larger City practices.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE)
* Experience in commercial litigation (during training or post-qualification)
