What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and deliver high‑quality learning programmes that equip refugees with English language skills and wider qualifications.
* Design, plan and deliver ambitious, well‑sequenced programmes of learning, using assessment and feedback to meet individual learner needs.
* Maintain accurate learner records, assess progress against agreed standards, and support learners to achieve accreditation.
* Take responsibility for quality assurance and curriculum standards, supporting tutors and assessors and embedding continuous improvement.
* Fulfil the role of Lead Internal Verifier, ensuring robust and compliant IQA systems.
* Lead standardisation activities and provide developmental feedback to tutors and assessors.
* Ensure delivery meets inspection, audit and awarding body requirements.
* Capture and evaluate learner voice and exit feedback to improve provision.
What Our Client is Looking For
* At least two years’ experience within FE and/or the training sector delivering high‑quality learning experiences.
* Experience of working to quality assurance and compliance requirements, especially with regard to Ofsted.
* Experience using funder‑specific CRM systems.
* Knowledge of FE and other employment intervention programmes, including their background and operation.
* Knowledge of internal verification processes.
* A qualification to Level 3 or demonstrable equivalent experience.
* A teaching qualification.
* A lead internal verifier qualification (or willingness to work towards this in the first 6 months of employment).
