Artis HR is delighted to be advertising an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Adviser to join a forward-thinking, multi-site organisation. This is a key role within the central HR team, providing high-quality, proactive and consistent HR support to leaders, managers and staff. You'll act as a trusted adviser on a wide range of employee relations matters, policies and employment law, helping to ensure a fair, compliant and people-focused approach to HR practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional HR advice on absence, disciplinary, performance and grievance issues.
* Support leaders with employee relations cases through to hearings and appeals.
* Provide guidance on employment law, organisational policies and best practice.
* Attend welfare meetings and advise on Occupational Health, phased returns and reasonable adjustments.
* Contribute to policy development and organisational change projects, including restructures and TUPE.
* Develop and deliver HR training to managers and staff.
* Maintain accurate HR records and support statutory reporting.
* Support safer recruitment, compliance and robust onboarding processes.
* Promote wellbeing initiatives and positive workforce engagement.
About You
* CIPD Level 5 (minimum) with solid generalist HR experience.
* Confident advising managers on a broad range of people issues.
* Skilled in managing complex HR cases and applying employment legislation.
* Experience supporting organisational change.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
* Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Professional, confidential and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
