Extensive experience in a branded high street hospitality setting, with a strong understanding of P&L and labour control
Proven track record in stocktaking and inventory management
Ability to lead from the front and inspire your team to exceed guest expectations
Passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine love for delivering exceptional customer service
Familiarity with the processes and challenges involved in opening a new restaurant location Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant hospitality management qualifications or equivalent experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate your team
