Your Mission
As the CFO, you will be the strategic thinker steering the financial ship. Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute robust financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
* Accounting Management: Oversee accounting functions, including auditing processes and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning and cash flow management.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal regulations, including FAR and DCAA standards.
* Mergers & Acquisitions: Conduct financial due diligence and analysis for mergers and acquisitions.
* Financial Modeling: Develop and implement advanced financial models to support decision-making and organizational growth.
* Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align financial goals with overall business strategies.
* Reporting: Utilize tools like Unanet and Microsoft Excel for effective financial reporting and analysis.
* Metrics Monitoring: Monitor and report on key financial metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.
* Experience: Proven experience in financial leadership roles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal regulations such as FAR and DCAA.
* Financial Expertise: Expertise in financial modeling and developing financial strategies.
* Software Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Unanet and Microsoft Excel.
* M&A Experience: Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration.
* Auditing Knowledge: Familiarity with auditing processes and consolidated financial statements.
* Process Improvement: A track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
