Taking care of overall Facility (Engineering and Controls) & Admin activities.
1. Industrial electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems.
2. Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, at field level I/O’s and network components, modifying Motor Controls including motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components.
3. Knowledge in Sortation systems and ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) will be an added advantage.
4. Perform daily, weekly, monthly technical checks as per PPM schedule.
5. Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
6. Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
7. Monitor energy consumption readings.
8. Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.
9. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, wiring methods, and materials.
10. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tracks, and encoders.
11. Support production by working in a safe, customer-focused manner.
12. Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like trolleys, cages, and carts.
13. Conduct regular checks of fire alarms and fire extinguishers.
14. Maintain, oil, and grease carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
15. Attend to regular electrical works.
16. Issue height work and hot work permits.
17. Handle minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
18. Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA.
19. Update tools inventory.
20. Perform scheduled PPM maintenance.
21. Manage soft services activities such as pest control, housekeeping, scrap, and garbage disposal.
22. Handle agency staff and oversee overall shift activities.
