Responsibilities
* Member of the EMEA Marketing & Distribution Compliance Team
* Review and approve financial promotions and marketing communications across EMEA
* Provide regulatory advice on cross-border distribution rules in EMEA and globally
* Support strategic business projects with compliance input and challenge
* Deliver practical, solution-oriented compliance advice to the business and management
* Analyse regulatory developments and assess their impact on marketing and distribution activities
* Collaborate with global compliance teams to enhance and improve marketing compliance processes
* Work closely with other EMEA Compliance functions on regulatory change and strategic initiatives
* Assist in the development and implementation of compliance-related projects
* Research regulatory topics and provide clear guidance to stakeholders
* Respond to internal compliance queries, escalating where appropriate
* Contribute to the production and maintenance of marketing compliance policies and procedures
* Support and collaborate with colleagues across the team
Qualifications
* First experience in Compliance and/or Marketing
* Knowledge of financial products and services
* Graduate or equivalent professional experience
* Fluent French
* Strong PC skills
* A collaborative team-player mindset
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Clear, confident communication skills
* Open-minded, flexible, and comfortable working in an international environment
