As a Business Administrator you will:
* Assist in the financial administration of patient accounts
* Provide excellent stakeholder/customer service at all times
* Ensure that information received from external stakeholders (e.g., medical secretaries, patients) meets the minimum level of compliance
* Check and update, where necessary, the details provided by patients to the invoicing system
* Help with month-end tasks
* Resolve Data Quality issues
* Support any other Business Administration requirements within the department
Requirements:
* Experience working in a busy customer support function
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with experience handling customer queries
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Confidence working with numbers and large data volumes
* Educated to GCSE level in English and Maths
* NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent
* Excellent IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Ability to develop good stakeholder relationships
