Salary: £89 – £105 per day (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant in Reading looking to make a real impact in primary schools? Teaching Personnel is seeking caring, motivated, and dedicated LSAs to support pupils with additional learning needs across local schools in Reading and surrounding areas.
Your role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across KS1 and KS2
* Help pupils with SEN (including Autism, ADHD, or Speech and Language needs)
* Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning support
* Promote engagement, confidence, and independence in the classroom
Experience required:
* Previous experience supporting children in a primary school or SEN setting
* Understanding of learning difficulties and inclusive education
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
