The Role:
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
* Managing servers, networks, backups, storage, telephony, and client hardware
* Ensuring security compliance, including patch management, vulnerability scanning, and system hardening
* Maintaining and updating configuration and documentation for smooth IT operations
* Providing technical support and troubleshooting to assist business users
* Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver effective IT solutions
* Contributing to business continuity management, ensuring systems remain secure and resilient
What we're looking for;
Someone with 5 years+ at this level, who can handle the Infrastructure life cycle within a business IT environment, knowledge of:
* MS Windows Server & Desktop
* Microsoft 365 – Security & Compliance
* Storage Systems / Platforms
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Systems management and monitoring platforms
