We are partnering with a leading construction firm in the North East seeking a Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee the successful delivery of diverse construction projects.

Role Overview:
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage contract administration, collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensure all contractual obligations are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of multiple construction contracts, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Lead contract administration and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout each project lifecycle.
Collaborate with senior management to plan and allocate resources, while resolving any issues or delays.
Negotiate contracts and variations with clients and subcontractors.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven leadership and management experience in contract management within the construction industry.
Client-focused, results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Experience managing contracts valued between £8 million and £15 million.
A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant construction field.
In-date SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
