Work Pattern: 7-day working, 9-hour shifts between 0800 and 2000.

Role Responsibilities:
* Receive requests for supplementary staffing and source available staff to meet demand.
* Escalate to agencies if Bank workers are insufficient.
* Support the Supplementary Staffing Manager in delivering service developments, including recruitment, demand management, and placement negotiations, ensuring quality and operational targets are met.
