The Role: You'll be part of a team advising a wide range of clients on varied real estate matters, with exposure to large-scale transactions and high-profile deals.
* Advise on sales and acquisitions, landlord & tenant matters, lease negotiations, investment & development etc
* Work with clients across sectors such as retail, leisure, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, development, and investment
* Get involved in client relationship management and business development initiatives
* Collaborate closely with colleagues in other teams

About You This role would suit a proactive, commercially minded solicitor who is keen to grow their career in a market-leading team. You will:
* Be NQ to 4 years PQE with experience in commercial real estate
* Be genuinely interested in real estate law and keen to develop specialist expertise
* Be confident managing a varied caseload with support as required
* Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
* Be motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
