We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our client in Norfolk, providing expert psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatments within a supportive adult mental health service. Responsibilities
* Perform detailed psychiatric assessments and diagnoses
* Create and oversee personalised treatment plans
* Work collaboratively with MDTs including psychologists and social workers
* Manage diverse adult patient caseloads in mental health services
* Lead rehabilitation programmes and interventions
* Supervise junior doctors and contribute to service improvements
Requirements
* GMC registration with specialist psychiatry training
* Demonstrated experience in adult mental health services
* Rehabilitation psychiatry experience advantageous
* Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
* Proven multidisciplinary team collaboration skills
