Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join a warm, well-established nursery in North West London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early years education and confident in leading a team to deliver high-quality childcare.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the room team to deliver high-quality care and learning
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS
* Maintain strong safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare standards
* Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies
* Create a nurturing and engaging environment for children to thrive
Requirements
* Level 3 or above in Childcare/Early Years
* Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Warm, caring, and committed approach
