Your new role
Exam Invigilator job is part-time ad-hoc work. The hours vary from full days to mornings or afternoons.
In this role you will be expected to:
* Ensure exams are conducted in compliance with JCQ standards
* Maintain exam integrity by supervising candidates, minimising disruptions
* Collect secure and return exam materials as per protocol
* Ensure correct equipment is present prior to the exam starting
* Setting up the rooms for the exams
* Assist in distributing papers to students
What you'll need to succeed

* Flexibility in work schedule
* Effective communication skills
* Confidence and reassuring demeanour
* Ability to follow instructions accurately
* Attention to detail
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Time management is crucial.
This job is a temporary position. We will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum and you will need to be willing to undergo a DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.
