This is an exciting role for a Graphic Designer who has worked in commercial property to join an agency in central London.
This role will be a hybrid role based in central London and looking for someone to be able to start the first week of January!
Graphic Designer Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver a variety of assets, including brochures, presentations, signage, digital campaigns, and internal communication materials.
* Develop creative concepts from initial idea through to final production, ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand requirements and present effective design solutions.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
* Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance creative output.
Ideal Graphic Designer Profile:
* 3-4 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within an agency or in-house creative team.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design, including typography, layout, colour, and image manipulation.
* Experience creating marketing materials for property-related projects (e.g., developments, investment opportunities, or corporate real estate).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects) and Figma.
* A collaborative mindset with proven ability to work closely with colleagues and clients.
* Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and a strong eye for detail.
* Previous experience in property marketing, or working with developers, architects, or agencies within the built environment.
* Basic skills in motion graphics or video editing.
