Responsibilities
* Manage the sales and marketing processes in the home, ensuring effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department.
* Meet and exceed budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximizing revenue.
* Ensure sales targets and Sales & Marketing deadlines are met and adhere to brand standards.
* Answer all general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, including brochure requests, internet enquiries and other channels.
* Maintain and update the information on the pipeline of potential members, and anticipate when they are likely to become residents to maximize revenue.
* Develop new contacts and maintain regular, close contacts with all key care influencers.
Qualifications
* Full UK clean driving licence.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
* Ability to prioritise own workload.
* Background in a previous sales position (ideal).
