We're working with a well-established and growing business in Dunfermline who are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to become a key part of their team. This isn't just a support role - it's a chance to own processes, improve workflows, and genuinely make a difference to how the business operates day-to-day.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, varied position where you'll sit at the centre of operations - keeping customers happy, schedules running smoothly, and the sales team fully supported.
You'll be responsible for:
1. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly and professional service
2. Coordinating engineer diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently
3. Preparing and sending customer quotes, and proactively following them up
4. Raising invoices accurately and managing related admin
5. Handling customer queries and resolving complaints with confidence and care
6. Supporting the sales team with day-to-day coordination and admin
Alongside this, you'll be encouraged to:
7. Spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements
8. Streamline processes and make day-to-day tasks more effective
9. Bring new ideas to help the team work smarter, not harder
What We're Looking For

10. Have experience in customer service, sales support or a coordination role

15. Are comfortable with systems/CRM tools and picking up new processes quickly
