Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Annual Salary Review process and execute firmwide reward projects.
2. Support external benchmarking efforts to maintain competitive compensation structures.
3. Analyze employee and market data to identify trends, perform modeling, and prepare pay and bonus proposals.
4. Present findings to senior stakeholders to influence compensation decisions.
5. Engage in diverse reward-related projects to enhance compensation strategy.
6. Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering growth and expertise.
Ideal Candidate:
* Demonstrable experience with reward strategies and best practices.
* Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Alteryx and PowerBI is a plus.
* Strong report drafting and influencing skills.
* Ability to translate strategic directions into actionable initiatives.
* Experience in managing complex projects and delegating tasks.
