The DX & Transformation Office, established in 2024, is focused on identifying and delivering opportunities to leverage digital and transformation tools that: Enhance client experience Optimise financial performance (revenue, cost, capital) Automate and streamline operations Improve productivity Reduce operational risk The team applies methodologies such as business process reengineering (BPR) and a broad suite of digital transformation (DX) tools, including: Automation Generative AI Agentic AI Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Workflow orchestration In addition to delivery, the function is responsible for developing and embedding governance frameworks for AI, ensuring responsible and effective adoption across the organisation. The team collaborates across departments and the regions to bring ideas to life, from inception, to governance, to 'business as usual' rollout. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES End-to-end project delivery of DX/AI solutions, managing stakeholder relationships and working with cross functional teams to deliver the project. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with multiple business teams to identify problem statements and use cases that could benefit from automation or process enhancement. Process Mapping: Document current (“as-is”) processes and design future (“to-be”) processes Solution Identification: Partner with technology teams to communicate business needs, align with existing solutions, or identify opportunities for new solutions. Low-Code Development: Build and deploy low-code solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Automate. Testing & Validation: Support solution testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met and quality standards are maintained. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the success of implemented solutions, including KPIs and ROI. KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS AI Delivery: Proven experience delivering AI-driven solutions within the Financial Services sector. Financial Markets Knowledge: Understanding of corporate lending, derivative hedging, and capital markets, including their purpose and typical workflows. Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and influence stakeholders across business and technology teams. Change Management: Experience supporting change initiatives and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes or technologies. Technical Acumen: Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation concepts beyond low-code tools.
