Finance/Invoicing Administrator

We are seeking an Invoicing Administrator to join our dynamic team at a leading pan-European book printer and distributor. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, creative, and innovative, with a knack for finance and administration. The successful candidate will be part of a growing business and will play a key role in supporting the finance team to achieve their objectives.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Processing and reconciling invoices accurately and within set deadlines.
* Updating spreadsheets and recording daily transactions.
* Reviewing and identifying account discrepancies.
* Completing various finance administration duties as required.
* Resolving invoice queries and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in processing invoicing is preferred.
* A qualification in finance would be an advantage.
* Good numeracy and accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
* IT literacy, with intermediate Excel ability.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Effective planning and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels.
* Flexible, reliable, and trustworthy individual.
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
* Good time management ability, capable of working to deadlines.
