:We are looking for an Group Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of multiple Korean Cowgirl restaurant locations to ensure consistent high standards of service, food quality, and profitability while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. You will lead and develop management teams, identify opportunities to develop performance, develop strategies to drive growth, monitor and analyse financial reports, and actively address guest concerns to foster a positive customer experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regularly visit assigned restaurants to assess operational performance, including food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and staff adherence to company guidelines.
Analyse sales and cost data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maximize profitability.
Conduct performance reviews with restaurant managers, providing feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
Monitor and address any issues related to food safety, health and safety regulations, and compliance with company standards.
Recruit, hire, and train high-performing restaurant management teams, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to lead their respective locations.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for restaurant staff across all areas, including new employee onboarding and ongoing skills development.
Foster a positive work environment by motivating, empowering, and recognizing outstanding team members.
Address employee concerns and performance issues promptly and effectively, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
Analyse financial reports to identify trends and opportunities to optimize revenue and control costs.
Implement strategies to manage labour costs, food inventory, and other operational expenses within budget parameters.
Develop and execute marketinginitiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales at assigned locations.
Monitor customer feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement and address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Regularly engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the dining experience and actively seek opportunities to exceed expectations.
Collaborate with restaurant managers to implement customer service initiatives to enhance brand loyalty.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for growth and innovation.
Participate in the development of new restaurant concepts, menus, and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the executive team to implement strategic plans and initiatives across the area.
