The rolepurpose:
We are looking for Food& Beverage Assistants to join the passionate team at TheAuckland Project. You may be asked to work in a number of differentcatering venues across the Project.

The AucklandProject is working to create positive change for those livingworking and visiting Bishop Auckland. To do so we are creating avisitor destination in Bishop Auckland incorporating AucklandCastle (once home to the Prince Bishops of Durham) a SpanishGallery Faith Museum Walled Garden Deer Park Mining Art GalleryAuckland Tower visitor centre and Weardale Railway.

Tasks
KeyResponsibilities:
* Workingas part of a team across numerous different sites at The AucklandProject.
* Ensuring exceptionally high standardsof service and presentation at all times
* Takingorders using EPOS till systems
* Remaining calmwhilst under pressure in a busy environment serviceenvironment
* Adhering to good health safety andaccess practice ensuring familiarity and compliance with TAPpolicies procedures and guidelines and the health and safety ofvisitors staff volunteers and contractors at alltimes.
* Knowledge of menus allergens andpresentation standards
* Carry out all cleaningduties allocated in accordance with the cleaning schedule
* Be able to work as part of a teamcommunicating effectively at all levels and be able to followcompany procedures correctly and willingly
* Maintain a high level of personal hygiene andensure that correct clean uniform and personal
* Ensuring exceptionally high standards ofservice and presentation at all times
* Ensureall crockery cutlery tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned andstored in the correct place
* Ensure all dishesand kitchen equipment are clean floors mopped bins emptied and thedishwasher area is cleaned and drained.
* Be ableto help out with some basic kitchen prep.
* Aboveall it is essential that you can work flexibly across the sevendays of the week includingweekends evenings andBank Holidays andthat you have a flexible attitude to supporting our operation andworking in different areasof it at shortnotice.

Casual hours which may vary mostly from Wednesday to Sunday Thesewill include days evenings weekends and/or bank holidays plusevents.
