Position:Dispensing Optician
Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Salary: Up to £35,000 + store bonus + joining bonus
Working hours: Full time and part time hours available
Experience level:This role is open to both newly qualified and experienced Dispensing Optician who are registered with the GOC
Specsavers in Brighton are looking for a career driven Dispensing Optician to join their highly successful store.
On the back of substantial and on‑going growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Dispensing Optician. You will join a well‑established and committed team of 50 highly skilled optical professionals who ensure that our patients have an excellent experience. The store had a refurbishment in November 2023 meaning you will be joining a store that is fresh and modern with brand new clinical equipment and technology.
Brighton is a large, busy practice running around 6 clinics per day meaning we are seeking a Dispensing Optician who is a team player and someone who can work in a fast‑paced environment.
Our directors are leading from the front in terms of progression and will support you with extra courses and specialisms that interest you – think of this as a career and not your typical nine‑to‑five. If your ambitions are to become a Contact Lens Optician, our directors will do everything they can to help you get there. They have already supported close to 60 pre‑reg Optometrists and several Optical Assistants who are now Dispensing Opticians.
