Summary job description
Blue Ventures seeks an experienced fisheries expert to lead the Transform Bottom Trawling (TBT) Coalition’s technical and strategic work. The role involves advocating against destructive bottom trawling practices, supporting small-scale fishers, and collaborating with a global network of over 120 members across 40 countries.
The candidate will provide expert advice, drive research, shape strategies, and represent the coalition at high-level events. The role requires expertise in fisheries science and policy, a commitment to social and environmental justice, and the ability to work with diverse partners to promote sustainable, community-led ocean governance.
