This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Fareham store. Our Leaders aim to grow our people and business. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for planning and achieving the store's sales and profit goals. You will lead, coach, and develop the team, promote a safe work environment, and ensure a great customer-first experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Profit: You will lead with a vision to provide the best experience for colleagues and customers, analyze and follow up on sales & profit KPIs, and take actions to maximize results. You will oversee store operations and ensure best practices are followed in line with the Area vision.
2. People & Teams: You will fulfill employee relation responsibilities, legal requirements, and H&M policies. You will recruit, train, develop, and manage succession planning for your store. You will evaluate and manage team performance through dialogues, development plans, and feedback to support leadership and business needs. You will ensure health & safety, legal, and security issues are handled according to H&M standards and local legislation.
